Construction of Ruisi-Agara section

Length of the section to be constructed – 19 km

Modernization-reconstruction project of Ruisi-Agara section considers maintaining of existing alignment at 11 km long section with necessary improvements in order to meet parameters of the road of category I, but Agara bypass road with new alignment will be constructed at 8 km long section.

Road construction works were completed in 2015. 

36 reinforced-concrete culverts and 6 underpasses were arranged. Construction of 3 overpasses is almost completed.

Construction of concrete pavement is completed at 3,5 km section. Traffic is diverted to a new road.

Construction of 5 overpasses and 3 bridges are progressing at Ruisi-Agara section.
