The Roads Department  of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia continues the rehabilitation works of the 8.6 km long section of the Sadakhlo-Tsofi-Akhkerfi highway of domestic importance.

The rehabilitation section is located in the territory of Marneuli Municipality and reaches the border of the Republic of Armenia.

The project envisages the complete rehabilitation of the road, within the scope of which rehabilitation of the carriageway and 1 bridge, restoration of the existing artificial structures and arrangement of new structures is underway.The arrangement of connections, water pipes, entrances to residents' yards, parking lot, car pavilions, road signs and marking of the roadway is also taken into account.
