The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia carries out periodical repair works on the Marneuli-Sadkhal road for a total of 28 km.

As part of periodic repair works, asphalt-concrete pavement was laid, damaged road signs were renewed, and horizontal road marking works were carried out.

The work is at the stage of completion and its cost is 8 million. amounted to GEL.

The Marneuli-Sadkhlo road leads to the border of the Republic of Armenia, and the maintenance of the road infrastructure is of great importance for the local population and road users, as well as for transit traffic.

It should be noted that in the Kvemo Kartli region, the Department of Highways is currently implementing about 20 projects, within the scope of which rehabilitation-periodic repair works of up to 130 km of roads and the construction of 5 bridges are being carried out.
