According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, for the purpose of avoiding water, road works are ongoing at km76+km126-km76+500 section of Senaki-Poti-Sarpi international road. During the works, the carriageway of the road will be temporarily narrowed first at one and later on the other traffic lane.  

The deadline for completion of the mentioned works has first been determined April 14, 2021, albeit due to amendments of the project, the contract terms has been prolonged on or before May 15, 2021. 

Traffic under the mentioned mode will be conducted with direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
