On April 25, 2018, the company Accord released information that it is a winner in 2 contracts with a worth of GEL 59.5 million, declared by the Roads Department, which is not true.

Bidding procedures of construction of Samtredia-Grigoleti 11 km road and of reconstruction of Moliti-Chumateleti 26 km road are not yet completed. At this stage, selection-assessment of bidder companies takes place, therefore, the winner is not yet revealed.

Roads Department urges all bidder companies to follow bidding rules and principles and refrain from spreading false information.
