Due to snow and ice, all types of motor vehicle traffic is prohibited on the section of the Pshaveli-Abano-Omalo highway of national importance, km 36-km 72. On the 12-km 36 section of the same highway, only high-speed motor vehicles are allowed, while other types of motor vehicles are prohibited.

Car traffic is free on the highway km1-km11 (Pshaveli-Lechuri) section.
