Due to heavy rain, the carriageway of the bridge near the Natani river was damaged on the Km0+400 section of the national highway Kobuleti-Chakvi-Makhinjauri in Kobuleti. All types of motor vehicle traffic is prohibited on the mentioned section.

At this stage, specialists from the Department of Highways and the contractor organization are on site. Mobilization of necessary equipment for the restoration of the damaged section has begun.

During the restoration of the damaged bridge, road transport will temporarily drive through the internationally important Senaki-Poti-Sarfi highway.
