On the 32nd km of the Sajavakho-Chokhatauri-Ozurgeti-Kobuleti highway, the swollen gully damaged the existing bridge and the carriageway of the road. All types of motor vehicles are prohibited on the mentioned section.

During the traffic closure period, light motor vehicles will drive using the local road, while trailer and semi-trailer vehicles and trucks can move on the international Samtredia-Lanchkhuti-Grigoleti road.
