Please be advised that Roads Department of Georgia intends to procure expert services for preparation of audit report under the Secondary Road Asset Management Project (SRAMP) (hereinafter referred to as the Project), which has been implemented with the financial support of the World Bank,
At procurement preparatory stage, Roads Department of Georgia conducts market research to reveal the best proposal and conclude a contract with the lowest bidder
Technical Expert shall have experience in a contract management (desirable in design-build contracts) and selection of the technical expert will be based primarily on the following desired skills and knowledge. Candidates shall submit CV, which should underline detailed information on the following:
a) A civil engineer with a minimum of 7 years of general road engineering experience.
b) Road engineering/maintenance expertise, with experience in performance and quality assurance;
c) Road design experience of at least 5 years;
d) Road safety experience is an advantage;
e) Experience in a contract management is an advantage;
f) Report should be prepared in Georgian and English languages.
Selected expert shall confirm with the signature that she/he has no conflict of interest with the Secondary Road Assets Management Project (SRAMP) (please find the attached document).
Duration of the assignment - 50 calendar days.
Deadline for submission of proposals is 18:00 of 28 September, 2020.
