According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia,  Due to adverse weather (blizzard and limited visibility), traffic at km94-km110   (Paravani Pass) section of Koda-Partskhisi-Manglisi-Tsalka-Ninotsminda secondary road is restricted for all types of transport.
