According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to adverse weather (blizzard and limited visibility) traffic at km94-km105 (Paravani Pass) section of Koda-Partskhisi-Manglisi-Tsalka-Ninotsminda secondary road is restricted from 20:00 until 08:00, but movement during the remaining period of the day is permissible only for 4WD vehicles. 

Movement is free on other sections of the road.
