According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to conducted cleaning works, traffic at Gudauri-Kobi section has been resumed for trailers and semi-trailers. Currently, movement at Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) is free for all means of transport.

Traffic at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section will be conducted in a non-stop mode, only through avalanche protective tunnels, National Environmental Agency reports.

Movement of trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats in the tunnel will be conducted one-way.

Traffic under mentioned mode will be conducted by direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
