According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to heavy snow and glaze ice, traffic at Gomi-Sachkhere–Chiatura-Zestaponi secondary road is restricted for trailers and semi-trailers; traffic at km1-km40  is free for other types of transport, while movement at km41-km107 section is allowed only with application of anti-skid chains.  Traffic is free for tandem-drive vehicles.
