Roads Department started road pavement restoration works, under roads maintenance works.

Severe winter, namely, heavy snow, heavy freeze, in order to maintain traffic, technical salt spreading, badly damaged roads. Contractor organizations started road pavement restoration works , within weather conditions  improvement.

Works are ongoing in Adjara and Samtskhe-Javakheti region, also in Khashuri-Zestaponi (Rikoti Pass) section and Samtredia-Lanchkhuti-Grigoleti road sections.

Road maintenance works will start in Kakheti region and Samtredia-Abasha road section , in the coming days.
