Due to intensive snow and avalanche hazard, traffic is forbidden for all modes of transport on km30-km70 (Jvari-Khaishi) section of Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili road. Traffic is forbidden for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats on km71-km188 (Khaishi-Ushguli) of this road. Traffic for other modes of transport is permitted only with anti-skid chains. Traffic is free for vehicles with two or more main axles.
