Clarification
Correction has been made to the Specific Procurement Notice published by Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia on October 28, 2009 in local newspaper “24 Hours” (#235) for the procurement of services related to preparation of design and bidding documentation for roads rehabilitation and if necessary, author’s supervision over the certain projects.
First paragraph of clause 3 should be set forth as follows:
3. Interested Bidders should submit (in Georgian language) the qualification data and initial Bids with description of general conceptions for conducting the services and applied standards and norms (during performance of the services should be applied and followed applicable international and Georgian standards and norms). No financial proposal is required. Qualification data and initial bids should be submitted in two copies (original and a copy) sealed in separate packages on November 24, 2009 from 09:00 to 18:00 and on November 25, 2009 from 09:00 to 12:00 to the following address: Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Records Management Unit, 4th floor.
