FEASIBILITY STUDY AND BUSINESS PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICE AND REST AREAS SYSTEM

FOR TRANSIT HIGHWAYS AND THE BORDER CROSSINGS OF GEORGIA UNDER PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNERSHIP

 

Georgia is applying for a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of First East West Highway Improvement Project - Additional Financing and intends to apply part of the proceeds to procure consulting service to prepare Feasibility Study and Business Plan for development of Service and Rest Areas System for Transit Highways and the Border Crossings of Georgia under  Public-Private-Partnership.

Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (project implementing agency) invites consulting companies to express their interest in providing the above-mentioned services. Interested companies shall provide information demonstrating that they are experienced enough to perform feasibility study and  business plan, with their most relevant 5 projects, as well as CVs of the personnel, who will supposedly be involved in feasibility study process and have relevant qualification and experience in the field. Expression of Interest should not be more than 10 pages. Pages in excess of 10 may not be evaluated. Information should be presented in printed materials. Consultants may form sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications. Company brochure may be included as an Annex, and will not be affected by the limit of 10 pages. Expression of interest should cover, but not limited to: Experience relevant to the project activities, key staff resources and qualification, corporate profile.
