C l a r i f i c a t i o n
Correction has been made to the Procurement Notice published in the local newspaper “24 hours” by the Roads Department of Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia on 30 July 2009, which refers to the procurement of works for rehabilitation of local road Chokhatauri-Tobakhcho-Surebi km0+000–km5+810 section, contract N:SLRP AF/CW/NCB-51.
7th sub-clause should be set as follows:
7. The Bids should be delivered at the address below not later than 2 September 2009, 17:00 Hours local time. Electronic versions of the bids are not acceptable. Late bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend bid opening on, 2 September 2009, 17:00 Hours local time.
