1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. 5197 of December 06, 2011.

2.   Georgia has received a credit and a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association  towards the cost of the Second Secondary and Local Road Project (SLRP II), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan and credit to payments under the Contract for SLRPII/G/ICB-01.
