 As notified by the National Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia, traffic movement on Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is forbidden for all type of vehicles due to intense snow and a danger of snow-slide.

Due to snow and clear ice, movement on Aragvispiri-Gudauri(Posta) and Kobi-Larsi sections of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is forbidden for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats. On Aragvispiri-Zhinvali and Kobi-Larsi sections  traffic is free for other mode of transport, but along Zhinvali-Gudauri(Posta) section  traffic is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Movement for tandem-drive vehicles is free.

Stoppage of vehicles at km53; km58; km63 and km81-85  of Chartali-Gudauri road is forbidden.

Traffic movement shall be under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.

Traffic movement is free on the other sections of the road.
