Due to snow and ice, traffic movement on Gudauri (Posta) - Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is forbidden for buses with more than 30 seats. Movement for trailers and semi-trailers is permitted by application of antiskid chains, with the help of pulling chains (in ascents at the front part and in descents at the back part). For other type of vehicles traffic is free. Vehicles shall move through tunnels for snow protection. One-way traffic shall apply for trailers and semi-trailers in the tunnels under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
Traffic is free on other sections of the road.
