Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, Chairman of Roads Department of Georgia attended road marking works carried out on 3 km long section of Garejvari-Tortiza local road in Kartli region.

Cement-concrete pavement is constructed on respective road section by application of German technology and it connects 4 villages (Karaleti, Garejvari, Tortiza, Khertubani) to each other. Average operational period of the pavement is 30-35 years. Several new culverts were provided and some old culverts were rehabilitated.  Road bed, ditches, artificial structures and drainage system was reinstated. Currently road marking is underway.

Construction works are carried out by Georgian company “Roads Construction Division #1” Ltd. Value of works financed under the state budget amounts to 1 mln 525 thousand GEL.
