Contract No: TBP/CS/QCBS-01

Georgia will recieve financing from Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Tbilisi Bypass Project (Lots 4 and 5) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to the payments under the Contract named above.

The Roads Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia invites the eligible consultants to express their interest for the following Consultancy Service: Consulting Services for Construction Supervision of Tbilisi Bypass Lots 4 and 5

Approximate duration of the assignment: 90 months.

Selection will be done according to the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) provided in Procurement Directive for ADB Borrowers (available at: https://www.adb.org/sites/default/files/procurement-directive-adb-borrowers.pdf )
