No. EWHIP–4/CS/QCBS-01 for  “Supervision of construction works for Agara Bypass - Didi Sative Section (km19–km33) of E-60 Highway”, published in the local newspaper “Republic of Georgia” by the Roads Department of Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia on January 30, 2013, as follows:      1.  The consulting services (“the Services”) include Supervision of construction works for Agara Bypass - Didi Sative Section (km19–km33) of E-60 Highway. The Consultant will be tasked to supervise the construction of a new carriageway along Agara Bypass to Didi Sative Section of E-60 Highway. Works are expected to start not later than May-June, 2013. The estimated duration of works contract is 27 months.   2.
