Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia
announces an auction (bidding)
for construction of Service and Rest Areas System  along Gori pass of E-60 highway

 
Terms of the auction (bidding):

1. Transferer of the property under the right to use by means of Auction - Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (hereinafter called “Department”);

2. Acceptor of the property under the right to use - legal or/and physical entities, or international organization (hereinafter called “Bidder”);

3. Form of use of the property transferred as a result of auction - transfer of property under the right to build (Civil Code of Georgia, Clause 233-241);
 
4. Duration  of transferring of property under the right to build  - 49 years ; form -  payable;

5. Before commencement of the construction activities, Acceptor of the right to use shall prepare detailed design in compliance with the conceptual model provided by the Department, agree it with the Department and approve according to affective rules;

6. Completion date for construction of structural part on  transferred land plot according to the design agreed with the department – no later than 1 December 2010;

7. Starting annual price for land use   - 10 000 (ten thousand) Gel;

8. Ticket price– 100 (hundred) Gel;

9. Bidding step -1500 (one thousand five hundred ) GEL;

10. Advance payment  - 3000 (three thousand) Gel;

11. Bank details for the ticket price and advance payment:
Recipient: United Treasury account No200122900; Recipient’s Bank – State Treasury 220101222; Budget income treasury code: 302007800 (destinations should be indicated separately – “advance payment” for the auction announced by the Roads Department of Georgia and “ticket price” for the auction announced by the Roads Department of Georgia);

12. Characteristics of the property:  zone 68 – Kareli, Sector 16 –Urbnisi, Section -45, specified area - 36 700 sq.m;
13. Applications shall be submitted on the following address: 12, Al. Kazbegi Avenue, Tbilisi, Georgia.  Roads Department of Georgia, Records Management Unit;

14. The winner shall be legal or/and physical entity fully corresponding to the auction conditions and offering  a maximum price, which exceeds to the starting price established  by the Department;

15. Bidders shall submit following information to the Auction Commission of the Department:

a) completed application form (Form can be obtained at the Department);
b) Bid proposals in sealed packages (appeal of other persons proposal is not allowed);
c) Bank receipt confirming advance payment;
d) Identity card (in case of  physical person );
e) Duly notarized copy of the Charter and extract from the registry (for legal entities);

16. Applications hall be submitted  -  from 15 May 2010 till 14 June 2010, from 11:00 to18:00 (except Saturday and Sunday);

17. Date of auction – 14 June 2010, 18:30 o’clock;

18.  For interested bidders pre-bidding conference will be held at 15:00 on 31 May 2010.
