Clarification
Correction has been made to the Specific Procurement Notice published by Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia on January 19, 2010 in local newspaper “24 Hours” (#2) for the procurement of rehabilitation works of km81-km88, km90 section of secondary Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili road.
Fifth paragraph should be set forth as follows:
5. Prior to deadline of submission of bid proposal, the interested bidder should transfer to the account of State Procurement Agency (Beneficiary Bank: central branch of Bank Republic. Bank code: 220101757. Recipient: State Procurement Agency. Recipient Account No: 10591718543) the fee in the amount of 50 GEL destined for the submission of bid proposal.
