1.    The Georgia (hereafter referred to as “the Borrower”) has received a loan from the European Investment Bank - EIB (hereafter referred to as “the Bank”)-towards the cost of the Georgia East West Highway - A Project.

2.   The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”) intends to prequalify contractors and/or firms for the Construction of the four (4) lane highway Section - Samtredia-Grigoleti Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4 of total length of approximately 54 km as part of the construction of Samtredia-Grigoleti-Cholokhi road section of the E-60 highway.

3. Participation is open to all legal persons in accordance with the EIB Guide to Procurement http://www.eib.org/projects/publications/guide-to-procurement.htm
