Invitation for Bids
1. The Government of Georgia has received loans from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Construction Kobuleti Bypass Road. Part of these loans will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
2. The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) invites sealed Bids under from eligible Bidders for Construction of Kobuleti Bypass Road Section Km. 12+400 – Km 31+259. This civil works contract includes the construction of a 2-lane motorway of 14 m width, 16 bridges with a total deck area of 68,292 square meters, tunnels with a total length of 464 m.
