Clarification
Corrections have been made to the Specific Procurement Notice published by the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia on March 31, 2009 in local newspaper “24 Hours” (#87) for the procurement of rehabilitation works of secondary and local Abasha-Martvili road km0+000-km32+000 under SLRP/CW/ICB-29a (additional financing) Credit Number 3938-GE.
Item 7 should be set forth as follows:
7. Bidding Documents should be presented to the below indicated address not later than May 14, 2009 17:00. Electronic bidding is not allowed. Late bids will not be permitted. Bid proposals will be opened on the following address in presence of those representatives who decide to attend bid opening on May 14, 2009 at 17:00.
