• 01.11.09 Due to heavy rains, river Ilto washed out the road bed at 26 km of Tianeti-Akhmeta-Kvareli-Ninigori road section, hence traffic movement along Tianeti-Akhmeta road section (km0+km26) is forbidden for all type of vehicles.

• 29.09.09 On 30 September 2009, from 06:00 am till 16:00 pm, traffic movement in Rikotti Tunnel, located at 143 km of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze International Road, will be restricted for all types of vehicles due to routine maintenance and repairing works conducting on the carriageway. During this period, traffic will be diverted to the tunnel bypass road.

• 24.09.09 Steel structure installed on temporal bridge over the river Liakhvi, at 85 km of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze international road, during the bridge operation requires periodic and routine maintenance in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendation.

• 22.07.09 On 23-24 July 2009 from 06:00 till 15:00 on Rikotti Tunnel of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze electricity will be interrupted. Repairing works is planned to take place on station “Khashuri” at 35kv distributive. Because of interruption of electricity and formation of damages in the tunnel traffic movement is forbidden during this period. Traffic movement will divert to the tunnel bypass road.

• 17.07.09 One way traffic at 99-150km (near the village Danisparauli) of Batumi-Akhaltsikhe road is restored jus for heavy trucks and tandem-drive vehicles. Movement for motor cars and minibuses is forbidden.

• 26.04.09 After heavy rains road bed broke away at km 13 of Achkhoti-Akhaltsikhe-Juta road section, therefore only one-sided traffic movement is acceptable. Traffic is free on the other section of the road.
