• 8.02.2012 As notified by the National Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia, danger of snow slide exists on Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road, therefore traffic movement is forbidden for all type of vehicles. Due to intense snow and clear ice, traffic movement is restricted for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats on Aragvispiri-Gudauri(Posta) section of the same road. For other vehicle traffic is free. Along Kobi-Larsi section traffic movement is restricted for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats. For other vehicles movement is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Movement for tandem-drive vehicles is free. Stoppage of vehicles is forbidden along Stepantsminda-Larsi section. Traffic movement shall be under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police. Traffic movement is free on the other sections of the road.

Traffic condition and shifting of the movement will be under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police. Stoppage of vehicle is forbidden on Stepantsminda-Larsi section. Traffic movement shall be under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.

Also, movement is restricted for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats on Pasanauri-Mleta road section, but traffic is free for other type of vehicles.  Traffic movement is free on the other sections of the road.

• 23.12.2011   Because of a big snow, Mtckheta-Stephantcminda-Larsi motor  road Gudauri(post)-Kobi section is forbiden 30 places more capacity bus traffic, movement for trailers and semi-trailers is permissible by means of antiskid chains, with help of pulling chains,(an ascents at the front part and in descents at the back part) For other type of vehicles traffic is permissible by means of antiskid chains. movement for tandem-drive vehicles is free. Vehicles shall move through tunnels for snow protection. One-way traffic shall apply for trailers and semi-trailers in the tunnels under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police. Traffic is free on other sections of the road.
