As notified by the National Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia, traffic movement on Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is forbidden for all type of vehicles due to intense snow, limited visibility and danger of snow slide.
Due to snow and clear ice, traffic movement on Aragvispiri-Gudauri(Posta) and Kobi-Larsi sections of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road is forbidden for trailers, semi-trailers and for buses with more than 30 seats. For other mode of transport movement is free on Aragvispiri-Gudauri (Posta) section, but on Kobi-Larsi section movement is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Traffic for tandem-drive vehicles is free.
Traffic movement is free on the other sections of the road.
