• August 27, 2013 conferences Third International Conference on Infrastructure  “Highways and Underground Communications"  Registration form The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia organizes the Third International Conference dedicated to Infrastructure, entitled: “Highways and Underground Communications” in Tbilisi, Georgia, 11-13 September, 2013.

• August 26, 2013 Charmin of Roads Department and his deputies inspected construction of Tbilisi bypass road Chairman of Roads Department Davit Shavliashvili and his Deputies Negzar Gasviani and George Amashukeli inspected construction of Tbilisi bypass road. Construction project of 7.3km section of Tbilisi bypass road considers: construction of road base, laying of asphalt-concrete pavement, construction of 14 culverts, installation of road signs and marking of the carriageway.

• August 23, 2013 David Shavliashvili and David Narmania inspected rehabilitation works of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road Mr. David Shavliashvili, Chairman of Roads Department and Mr.  David Narmania, Minister of Regional development and Infrastructure of Georgia, along with other officials of the Ministry, inspected construction of international Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road.

• August 20, 2013 Construction works of Kutaisi bypass -Samtredia road is progressing intensively Construction works of Kutaisi bypass -Samtredia road (length 25.6km) entered into an active phase. At this stage, construction of structures – reinforced concrete box culverts is underway in parallel with construction of road bed (arrangement of embankment and compaction) at km0-km8 and km14-km18 section of the road.

• August 16, 2013 Rehabilitation of 14,936 km section of Tskaltubo-Khoni  road Roads Department of Georgia is implementing rehabilitation of 14,936 km section of Tskaltubo-Khoni road and rehabilitation of two existing bridges at respective section. Project envisages: construction of entrances to private yards, connections and gabions; Repairing-cleaning of concrete ditches, rehabilitation of existing bridges and construction of enclosed bus stops; Also, installation of road signs and marking.
