    The bypass road of Rikoti Tunnel, which connects east and west Georgia and was damaged by the disaster, the road is mutually restored.
     
    As Ramaz Nikolaishvili, the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure said on special press briefing, the damaged section of the road is restored in both directions. The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia    works in a continuous mode and the road will return into its original condition within several days.

    The Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili visited the village Ardisubani of the municipality of Tetritskaro and on the 29-th km of the road Koda-Fartskhisi , which were damaged by  disaster,  together with the governor of Kvemo Kartli, David Kirkitadze.   

     
    As a result of heavy rain, hail and wind, internal rural roads, bridges and agricultural crops in the populated areas were significantly damaged.  The flood annihilated the basis of the road on 29-th km section of Koda - Partskhisi - Manglisi - Tsalka - Ninotsminda road and the movement is restricted on the road. As a result of excess sediment the landslide was activated and divided the village into two parts.

    Cutting of the tunnel with length 800 meters, on 15-kilometer section Sveneti - Ruisi of the high-speed highway  E-60, is completed. President Mikheil Saakashvili and Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili personally attended the process of cutting.

     
    15-kilometer section Sveneti - Ruisi is the part of the  high-speed highway E-60, on which the main transit movement of West - East direction is being implemented . Rehabilitation-construction of this section  high-speed highway E-60 is one of the most large-scale projects of the Caucasus.  The project includes constructing of almost all species road-structures. Among them: construction of two tunnels with length 800-meter, and two overpasses with length 880-meter.

    The project, which has been implementing by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and the MCG Fund in Vardzia: Construction of the road Akhaltsikhe-Vardzia with length 57 km and the new bridge has been completed today.  The section with length 41 km from these 57 has been implemented by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, and the section with length 16 km has been realized by the MCG Fund. The Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, temporary acting ambassador of the United States - in Georgia Mr. Kent Logsdon, governor of Samtskhe - Javakheti region Mr. Lasha Chkadua and Executive Director of the MCG Fund Mr. George Abdushelishvili opened the completed infrastructural objects.

    From today the finalist of the public project "Nichieri" (talents) singer Vano Pipia will able to listen to his favorite music tracks in the his own music  center.  The Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili has handed this gift to him.People remembered Vano Pipia by his performing of Georgian folk songs. Boy lives in Kardenakhi village. The grandfather   taught to him to sing, who is now deceased. Every song performed by vano is dedicated to memory of his grandfather. By the words of Ramaz Nikolaishvili, the song performed by Vano impressed him and  forced to make a decision to do anything for transformation the International Children's Day into especial holiday  for Vano.
