    Rehabilitation of 445 m. bridge over the river Chorokhi is in progress
    Based on conducted studies rehabilitation works have started at existing 445 m. bridge over the river Chorokhi at km.110 of Senaki-Poti-Sarpi international road. Rehabilitation envisages strengthening of piers and capital repairing of the bridge.

    Movement is still closed at Tbilisi-Mtskheta section after completion of elections

    Traffic movement from Mtskheta towards Tbilisi direction will be closed for all mode of transport from 06:00 of October 29, 2013 due to upgrading of asphalt-concrete pavement at Tbilisi-Mtskheta section(km17-km27) of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze International road (rehabilitation works at respective section were temporally stopped on October 26 for the reason of presidential elections and traffic was opened).

    Davit Shavliashvili inspected design works of the road damaged as a result of natural disaster in Adjara.

    Chairman of Roads Department Davit Shavliashvili and Deputy Chairman George Amashukeli together with relevant representatives of Roads Department visited road sections, which were damaged due to surplus rainfall and stiff wind on October 19-20  in Adjara.
