Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has inspected civil works conducted on Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze highway late at night.

Project considers rehabilitation of 15 km long Sveneti-Ruisi road section, which includes construction of carriageway, arrangement of underpasses, installation of drainage system and culverts, construction of bridges (5 bridges in total), two overpasses and two tunnels.

470 people are employed on the project and most of them are locals. Concrete is mostly paved at night hours in order to maintain required temperature conditions and avoid traffic delays.
