On 25 January, Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, Chairman of Roads Department of Georgia visited factory of Geosteel in Rustavi.

GeoSteel LLC is a Joint venture of JSW India and Georgian Steel Group Holding Ltd (GSGHL). It is one of the largest overseas industrial investments in Georgia. It has diversified interests in Mining, Energy, Cement, Infrastructure, Building-Systems and Logistics. Plant is equipped with the following facilities: Electric Arc furnace with capacity 35 MT, Ladle Refining Furnace with capacity 40MT, Twin stands Billet Caster, Air Separation Plant and Mechanical Workshop.

Chairman has familiarized with the production facility which installed capacity is 175,000 tons per year. Also, he checked the quality of rebars and steel.
