Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, Chairman of Roads Department of Georgia, will conduct in Kakheti region on-site monitoring of rehabilitation works for 33 km long section of Akhmeta-Telavi secondary road.

Roads rehabilitation works for mentioned section considers construction of leveling layer and surface treatment. Also project stipulates restoration of artificial structures, ditches (drainage channels) and water drainage systems, provision of road signs and road markings.

Rehabilitation works commenced this year and will be completed by the end of this year. Price of the works financed by the World Bank amounts to 7 mln 200 thousand GEL. Rehabilitation works are executed by Ltd “Serpentine”.
