Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, Chairman of Roads Department of Georgia and Mr. Tsezar Chokheli, authorized representative of the President in Mtskheta-Mtianeti region, will open bridge of Childiri Khevi located at km 53 of secondary Zhinvali-Barisakho-Shatili road section.

Traffic movement was paralyzed on the mentioned bridge because of its emergency condition. Reinforced-concrete carriageway was restored, protective regulating gabions were provided and approach to the bridge was restored. Total length of the existing bridge is 31 m and carriageway width is 5, 9 m.

Rehabilitation works were commenced in April of the current year. Rehabilitation works were executed by Ltd “Sagzao 19”. Rehabilitation of mentioned bridge will facilitate to creation of comfortable traffic in urban areas and improvement of social condition of the population.
