Name of the Assignment: Selection of Consultant C – National Environment Specialist - Development of Bidding Documents for Performance-based Maintenance (PBM) Contracts in Georgia’s Mtskheta-Mtianeti region

Georgia has received financing from Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the Batumi Bypass Road Project (BBRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to procure goods, civil works and consulting services under the Project with co-financing of the Georgian Government.

ADB is the lead financing partner for the project and administers it on behalf of the other co-financier. As the Charter of the co-financier AIIB requires universal selection, no nationality restrictions apply.

The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia invites the eligible consultants to express their interest for the following Consultancy Service: Selection of Consultant C – National Environment Specialist - Development of Bidding Documents for Performance-based Maintenance (PBM) Contracts in Georgia’s Mtskheta-Mtianeti region.

Approximate duration of the assignment: 6 months

Selection will be done according to Individual Consultant Selection Method (ICS) provided in Guidelines on The Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers (available at http://www.adb.org/documents/guidelines-use-consultants-asian-development-bank-and-its-borrowers)
