Due to the landslides, all kinds of traffic is restricted on the km 170-km 186 (Kala-Ushguli) section of the national Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdil secondary road, and on the km 138-km 170 (Mestia-Kala) section of the same road the movement of  trailers, semi-trailers and buses with capacity of more than 30 seats is restricted. Traffic is free on the km1-km138 (Zugdidi-Mestia) section of the road.
