The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia continues the rehabilitation works of the Supsa-Tskaltsminda bypass secondary road in Lanchkhuti municipality.

In accordance with the project, the complete rehabilitation of the 5.5 km section of the road connecting Sufsa-Tskaltsminda is underway. In particular, the carriageway of the road will be rehabilitated, asphalt-concrete pavement will be laid, existing artificial buildings will be rehabilitated, connections and squares will be arranged.

After the rehabilitation of the road, densely populated villages will be connected to each other in a safe and comfortable way.

The project is financed from the state budget and its cost is up to 3 million GEL. The works are scheduled to be completed in April 2023.
