According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to the snow, traffic at km 65 and km 82 of the Zhinvali-Barisakho-Shatili secondary road, is free only for off-road vehicles, while the movement for other types of vehicles is restricted. Traffic is free on the remaining sections of the road.

Roads Department of Georgia is carrying out restoration works uninterruptedly, in order to fully restore the traffic in the shortest possible time.
