Rehabilitation of 10km road section of Dzedzileti-Gordi-Nogha in the municipality of Khoni and construction of bridge crossings over the rivers of Tskhenistkali and Mechia has been completed.

Rehabilitated road connects the municipalities of Khoni and Tskaltubo with the shortest distance.

Dzedzileti-Gordi-Nogha secondary road connects Matkhoji-Khidi-Gordi-Kinchkha and Kutaisi-Tskaltubo-Tsageri-Lentekhi-Lasdili roads. The mentioned road connects the villages of Gagma Nogha, Gamoghma Nogha and Dzedzileti to the road networks of Georgia.

The project is also important from touristic point of view, since it reduces travel time and distance from Prometheus Cave to Okatse Canyon. Travelling from Prometheus Cave to Okatse Canyon will already take 20km, instead of previous 60km. 

Rehabilitation of road and construction of bridges, worth GEL 16.5 million was funded from the State Budget.
