According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and National Environmental Agency, traffic to Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road is permissible via bypass roads of the first and second tunnels of Gudauri.
