At the stage of preparation of Feasibility Study of E-60 highway section of Natakhtari-Rustavi (Tbilisi Bypass), Natakhtari-Zhinvali projects, Roads Department will hold public meetings with Project Affected Persons (PAP) and other stakeholders. The meetings will be held on February 24 and February 25 of 2020. The venues are as follows: 12:00 of February 24, 2020, a public school of Saguramo village, Mtskheta municipality (address - Saguramo village №1, building №20). 11:00 of February 25, 2020, Administrative Building of the City Hall of Dusheti Municipality (address - N27, Rustaveli Street) and 15:00 of February 25, 2020, House of Culture of village Choporti, Dusheti municipality.

The meetings are targeted at providing information to PAPs. During information exchange meetings, representatives of the Project Company and experts involved in preparation of the design will deliver brief information to the audience about planned project, its route, planned and ongoing studies. A special emphasis will be laid on involvement of PAPs during preparation of EIA and RAPs pursuant to Georgian legislation and IFI procedures.
