Traffic at Kala-Ushguli section has been resumed by application of antiskid chains. Due to snowfall and avalanche hazard, restrictions remain active at km186-km198 (Ushguli-Lasdili) section of Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili secondary road. Restriction at the mentioned section apply to all means of transport.

Due to snowfall and glaze-ice, traffic at km30-km186 (Jvari-Ushguli) is restricted for trailers, semi-trailers and buses with more than 30 seats. Movement for the remaining transport means is permissible by application of antiskid chains. Traffic is free for tandem drive vehicles.

Km1-km30 (Zugdidi-Jvari) section is open for traffic.
