According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and National Environmental Agency, due to snowstorm and limited visibility traffic at Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road is restricted for all means of transport.
