By the order of Roads Department of Georgia, Sinohydro Corporation Limited and its subcontractor Java ltd should have conduct outdoor lighting works at km 12+400-km31+259 (design road section km0+000-km17+964, LOT 2) of secondary Kobuleti bypass road till September 18,2019. However, due to particular reasons, Contractor failed to implement works during the scheduled time; hence, the works will be performed until December 15. During the course of the works, it is required to narrow temporally carriageway of some road sections on one side and implement road safety measures.

During the works, work area will be illuminated at nighttime and road section will be equipped with traffic management technical facilities. In addition, people equipped with special uniforms and flags will be designated at work zone and locations of traffic restriction, who will ensure regulation and management of traffic flows. If the traffic intensity is increased or traffic bottleneck is created at mentioned road sections, works will be terminated. Works commencement and completion dates will be preliminarily notified to the Adjara Main Division of Patrol Police Department of MIA.

Mentioned traffic mode will be enforced under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
