According to Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to conducted works water level has decreased and traffic at km56 of Pshaveli-Abano-Omalo road is resumed. At this stage, movement is permissible only for off-road vehicles.

Works to decrease water level of the lake formed because of natural disaster and restoration of damaged road sections are progressing simultaneously.
